Vairo Library Master Plan

The reimagining of Penn State Brandywine’s Vairo Library aims to redefine it as a nexus for academic excellence and community synergy. The master plan focuses on enhancing both physical and pedagogical connections, reimagining the library as a flexible 'indoor quad'.

This concept weaves key components like academic commons, study areas, and library services into the core of the building, removing traditional departmental divisions and establishing a new model for academic space utilization. By breaking down long-established barriers and enhancing student support, the project boosts the campus's collective resourcefulness.
